Eatpray Pilates Customer Policies

This page outlines the policies that help us create a fair, respectful, and well‑run studio environment for all members and clients. By booking a class, purchasing a pass, or joining a membership, you agree to the following policies.

Getting Started

If a class is full, you are welcome to join the waitlist. Our waitlist moves quickly and is designed to give everyone a fair opportunity to attend.
• If you are on the waitlist, you will be automatically promoted to the class when a spot becomes available up to 2 hours before the session starts. You will receive a confirmation email.
• If a spot becomes available within the 2‑hour window, you will receive a text message from us asking you to confirm or decline the spot. There is no charge if you decline.
• Please respond to the text as soon as possible so the next person on the waitlist can be offered the spot if needed.
• While you are on the waitlist, you will not be charged unless you are promoted into the class.
• If you no longer intend to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being promoted unnecessarily.
• The waitlist often moves quickly, and there is a high chance you may be offered a place.
• The WellnessLiving Achieve App also sends notifications when you are promoted from the waitlist. We strongly recommend downloading the app to manage bookings easily.

Weekly Membership Setup & Direct Debit Process

We offer three Weekly Direct Debit Membership options:
• Weekly 2 Classes – $42/week • Weekly 3 Classes – $54/week • Weekly Unlimited Classes – $60/week

How to Get Started To begin a weekly membership, please email us with: • The membership option you would like to set up • Your preferred start date • Any pre‑planned holiday dates (to place the membership on hold)
Once we receive your details: • We will send you a Direct Debit Request Form to complete online • Your membership will be set up for the requested start date • You will receive a contract notification in the WellnessLiving Achieve App to review and sign • Once signed, you can start booking classes immediately

Membership Terms & Conditions • Minimum membership term is 12 weeks (hold periods do not count toward the minimum term) • Memberships can be cancelled after the minimum term with 2 weeks’ notice• 1 week’s notice is required to place a membership on hold • A $5 admin fee applies for each hold or membership change (first 3 holds per year are free) • Memberships are billed weekly via Direct Debit

Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

We understand that life happens and encourage mindful booking to avoid penalties.
• You may book into a class up to 10 minutes before the session starts• We recommend booking closer to class time if you are unsure of availability • Please ensure your email notifications are turned ON so you receive waitlist and booking updates
8‑Hour Cancellation Policy Applies to All Memberships & Passes
For Weekly 2‑Class & 3‑Class Memberships and Class Passes• Late cancellations and no‑shows result in the session being forfeited• Classes cannot be recovered once forfeited
For Weekly Unlimited Memberships• Late cancellation fee: $5• No‑show fee: $10• Classes cannot be rescheduled within the 8‑hour cancellation window
If unexpected circumstances arise, please contact us — we aim to be fair and understanding wherever possible.

Pre‑ & Post‑Natal Policy

Your safety is our priority.
• Pregnant members may attend any class up to 12 weeks (first trimester) • Please inform us of your pregnancy as soon as you feel comfortable so we can update your profile
After 12 Weeks (Second & Third Trimesters):• You may only attend Reformer Open (Mama Friendly) classes • Pregnancy wedges are provided in‑studio • A medical clearance certificate from your GP, midwife, or obstetrician is required • Please email your clearance to hello@eatpraypilates.com.au before booking classes
We ask that you refrain from booking or activating passes until we have received your clearance.
