Founded by Neha, a passionate instructor who wanted to create a space focused on empowerment rather than perfection, this is the Eat Pray Pilates story, grown from a small Coburg studio into a thriving three-location community across Preston, Coburg, and Kensington.
Today, it’s more than a workout — it’s a sanctuary for connection, confidence, and calm.
We don’t do pressure, competition, or perfection. In every class, it’s about tuning in, not checking out. Our approach blends mindful Reformer Pilates with a holistic focus on wellbeing balancing physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional awareness.
