We keep our classes small to ensure everyone gets attention and support — please review these quick booking tips before your first visit.
• Cancel or reschedule up to 8 hours before class
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a class being deducted
• Arrive 10 minutes before class to set up comfortably
• If pregnant or recovering from injury, let your instructor know before class
• Memberships are set up via Direct Debit — automatic weekly billing (no upfront cost)
