At Eat Pray Pilates, every class is about feeling good in your body. Across our Preston, Coburg, and Kensington studios, you’ll find inclusive, small-group Reformer sessions designed to deliver a full-body Pilates workout where you can move confidently, strengthen safely, and build consistency. If you prefer a more personalised approach, we also offer private Pilates classes (1-on-1 or 2-on-1)
for tailored support and steady progress.

Reformer Dynamic

A challenging, athletic Reformer class designed to push your limits. Dynamic includes advanced movements, HIIT‑inspired sequences, and continuous flow.

What to Expect

• Intermediate–level reformer techniques

Ideal For

Strong movers looking to level up; not suitable for beginners or injuries.

Reformer Mums & Bubs

Duration: 45 minutes | Level: New mums & mums‑to‑be | Pace: Slow–Moderate

A supportive small‑group class designed for pregnancy and postpartum, run by qualified pre/postnatal instructors. Babies under 12 months are welcome.

What to Expect

• Safe pre/postnatal sequencing

• Pelvic floor and stabilisation focus

• Space for bubs beside your reformer

Pregnant clients (with clearance after first trimester) and mums looking for postnatal Pilates support.

 A high‑energy, sweat‑based Reformer class combining cardio circuits, bursts of high‑intensity movement, or jumpboard work. Think of it as a Pilates and cardio workout in one—fast-paced, sweaty, and energising.
