A collective of passionate instructors who believe movement should empower, not pressure. Every class we teach is built on compassion, confidence, and connection — because real results come from feeling supported, not judged.
Neha is the heart and vision behind the Eat Pray Pilates team.
After discovering Pilates as a way to reconnect with herself through mindful movement, she created a space where everyone — no matter their age, body, or background — feels seen, supported, and strong.
Her classes are known for being dynamic, grounding, and deeply encouraging, blending strength, flow, and mindfulness to help clients rediscover confidence in their bodies.
We teach with empathy, not ego — with attention, not perfection. All classes are guided by experienced Reformer Pilates instructors who focus on safe technique, clear cueing, and supportive progressions. All our instructors are fully certified and continually trained in safe, inclusive movement practices, including prenatal and postpartum care.
• Small, focused group classes

We love connecting with passionate, certified instructors who share our belief in community, inclusivity, and mindful movement.
If you’re a Pilates teacher who values people over performance, we’d love to hear from you.
